This is a block of right angles for Shannon in the It's Sew Easy Bee-ing Green Bee. She's having a baby soon and will make a baby quilt from her blocks.
I have to admit that I never got into the Castle Peeps collection. Especially the Peeps print with the brown background. But when you sew a bee block with other people's fabric choices, it really opens your eyes to the possibilities.

oh oh oh oh! I have to confess, I haven't even seen the peeps fabric here in Australia but this morning I came across it on Miss Prints blog and now here you are with it ... I've order 8 half metre pieces off etsy. I can't wait! Something to look forward to on my winter holidays. And your block - I love how you've fussy cut thoses little medieval peeps! And the tree - it's gorgeous! Is that Castle Peeps? Looks perfect with it.
Love this block! I love those trees with the peeps. I didn't buy any peeps, but I am slowly regretting that decision as I see it pop up in small bits and pieces here and there.
well for not getting into the fabric you certainly worked magic with it.
i love this block - it's like a storybook.
yes, i agree- you did a fabulous job considering you didn't love the fabric. it's adorable! it's no secret that i am a bit geometry obsessed and so all these squares and rectangles completely delight me!
This is just one block? This design (if it were bigger pieces, of course) would make a fabulous quilt! My medieval enthusiast husband and I were very attracted to your design.
