Ah! The best kind of crafting - a little bit of time away.
I had kid/husband-free quilting time this past weekend. Bliss indeed. I worked on a little bit of everything!

I love that you are using newer fabric, yet these still have a vintagey feel. Your time with your friend sounds WONDERFUL!!!
